That study compares apples and fish sticks. On the same "buying" keywords, I can just about guarantee that organic SEO will deliver better. PPC will deliver sales quickly, but at what cost? What about the long-term? Businesses do not seem to think much about it. A good SEO campaign can keep paying for years with a spend that is lower than one month of most PPC campaigns. Thanks.
