ClickTracks and Web Analytics

We put great emphasis on web analytics in our office and have won a couple of awards for this. We use Google Analytics, ClickTracks and other web statistics software.

Google Analytics has become popular due to its great price (free) and great features. However it is limited in many ways such as analyzing PDF file downloads. In addition, since it is not based on log files it is somtimes impossible to manipulate data retroactively.

However, web analytics is still in its infancy. There is no web analytics package that is perfect. Therefore we have developed proprietary solutions which further manipulate the data produced by web analytics packages.

We offer web analytics services as a stand alone module for companies who want to know what is really going on with their Internet campaigns.
